Terms of Service

We offer sessions on our vibroacoustic Sensory Lounge bed. A single 1-hour session is $120 AUD. Our Buy 5 Get 1 FREE pack provides 6 sessions for $600 AUD (a saving of $120 AUD). All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings remain at the agreed price.

Bookings are made through our online calendar. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an instant email and SMS confirmation. Your reservation is only confirmed once this confirmation is issued.

Single sessions are paid as arranged at the time of booking. The Buy 5 Get 1 FREE pack ($600 AUD) is secured with a $150 AUD deposit paid online; the remaining $450 AUD is due at your first session. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be shared with family members or friends.

We understand plans change. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session by calling or texting Cristian on 0413 570 544 or Marcia on 0433 251 858.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours notice incur no fee.
• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the session or incur a fee at our discretion.
• Package sessions forfeited under this policy count toward your purchased sessions.
